As an RN Trainer, you’ll play a key role in shaping future caregivers by guiding students through their clinical and lab training, ensuring they gain the skills, confidence, and compassion needed to succeed.
About the Role:
The ProCare CONNECT program uses the OnTrack hybrid curriculum, which combines 45 hours of online, on-demand learning with 30 hours of in-person (or virtual) lab and clinical instruction. As the RN Trainer, you will:
Facilitate lab and/or clinical sessions
Demonstrate and coach essential skills
Mentor, support, and inspire learners
Promote quality care through education and compassion
Every day, you’ll help prepare new employees to become Nursing Assistants, making a real difference not only in their lives but also in the quality of care provided in nursing homes across the metro area.
Minimum Requirements:
Active RN license
Nursing experience in the United States (2+ years)
Licensed nursing experience in a U.S. long-term care facility (1+ years)
Ability to travel to multiple facilities for training sessions
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including day and evening classes
Job Type: Full-Time
Wage: Staring at $38.00/hour
